Hey guys,
How was your first month of the new year? Mine was ok,ok. I went home for couple of days during Lohri  vacation and I didn’t want to come when it was the time to come back to the City Beautiful.
Jan is not my favourite kinda month but ya , I have a few favourites for this month.
So, here are my few favourites.



Beauty and skincare Favourites :


1.    Maybelline New York Color Sensational Creamy Matte Lipstick – Pretty Please

This lipstick has grown on me since I bought it. It’s a beautiful wine maroon matte lipsticks which is not drying at all.

2.    Neutrogena Oil-free moisture for combinational skin

The one product which I will recommend you the most among all the products I like is this moisturizer.I have just one word for this- “PERFECTTTT”.

3.   Biotique Bio Honey Gel Face wash

This product is still growing on me. I have just started using it but I already love it and I am going to use it in the upcoming months.

Favourite Foods and drinks:


1.    Popcorns

Well, I know most of us Indians eat popcorns this season due to the festival of Lohri. I am a huge fan of popcorns since childhood and this month it continued. I literally ate too much of them.

2.    Ginger Tea or Adark wali chai

I was not a chai-lover like so many people out there but in January I think it started growing on me.

3.    Golden Milk

A magical healer that I love to drink every night before going to sleep. Golden Milk is easy to make  and good stress remover.



Favourite Books:


1.    Metamorphosis by Franz Kafka

This book is at the top of my most recommended books (although I have just started reading books )(not a big reader). This book was recommended by a lot of booktubers and youtubers for the beginners.So I bought it and read it and ,oh my god!!!, I loved it. I can not not recommend this book to anyone enough. You should buy it and read it. It is amazing.

2.    The Immortals of Meluha (Shiva Trilogy Book-1) by Amish Tripathi


The book is an amazing and easy read. So many layers in the story. The story is very well written. At one time, its sad,other its funny. The protagonist is so relatable and the conversation is like how I talk to my friends. Love, Romance, Anger , karma everything  written in this book is a-m-a-z-i-n-g.


Favourite Songs:


1.    Lost stars by Adam Levine / Maroon5

Song from Maroon5’s album “V”, also a song from movie “Begin Again”. I love this song and I listened to this song almost everyday. I was obsessed.

2.    Delicate by Taylor Swift

I am a die-hard swifty. So there’s always one song in my playlist which is a Taylor Swift Song.

3.    Aankh Maare from Movie Simmba

Any party anthem I don’t love. Its best. Its on my mind and I love it form my heart. It always make me dance.


Favourite Shows:


1.    You

Oh my god!!!
I don’t know what to say about this. I lovedddd this show and I recommend it to you. I loved this. And I know, once you’ll watch it, you will too. Login to your Netflix account and just binge it. Trust me you guys will love it.

2.    Sex Education 

It was a good show I must say. I loved it. It made me laugh and cry, feel awww and wtf  in just 8 episodes. Must watch.

3.    The passage

One of the new shows I started watching is this. Only two episodes are out and watched them and I liked them. Based on some vampire-shit. Its good.

4.    Deadly class.

Watched only two episodes. It’s a different show than others. I like it , not too much to recommend it yet , but I like it.

5.    A series of unfortunate events

I love this show. It’s sometime kind of stupid as it’s based on the books for kids with the same name. But I loveee it. I binge watched it.


Favourite Youtubers:


1.    A Clockwork  Reader

Hannah is a book tuber and I love her videos. See is so cute and wise.

2.    The Try Guys

Always my favourites since I started watching their videos.

3.    Sejal Kumar

Best Indian fashion youtuber. I love her videos.

4.    ThatquirkyMiss

Always a treat to watch. So entertaining, funny and lovely personality.

5.    Diksha Rawat

Newcomer on youtube but she’s one of the best new youtubers,I have come across.

6.    Bestdressed

Ashley is one of the best and entertaining youtuber I have come across and I loved every video she has posted since then.

Date : 1st Jan , 2020 #ootd  - I had no new plans for my new year celebrations. So I decided to roam around a market to get me into the spirit of new year with a friend of mine.  I hadn't put together an outfit prior , like anybody else and also it was very cold outside , so I decided to wear what I already have.
