PYJAMAS ARE FORGIVING BY TWINKLE KHANNA | shefali's diary - #bookreview

Hi again,
I know it's not been so long since I posted on my blog but I want to make as much content as I can.
So those who follow me on Instagram has probably seen my story or the highlight where I tried to read this book in a day back in November but I failed then. I again picked this book up and started reading it where I had left. So here is what I felt when I was reading it.

PLOT : 3/5
CHARACTERS : 3/5
WRITING - STYLE : 3.5/5
ENDING : 2.5/5
ENTERTAINMENT : 3/5

OVERALL : 3/5

WHAT I LIKED ABOUT THE BOOK?
What I liked about the book was the authenticity of the protagonist. The main character had flaws which were so easily visible that it made the story realistic. The conversations between the characters was very real and it makes an impact of the real world.
The other thing I liked was the witty and humorous nature of the protagonist. There were jokes which made me atleast smile.
The main character was seemingly real. The decisions she was making were sometimes so frustrating but I guess that was thing that was making the character of Anshu real.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
Its a drama which revolves around love, divorce and longing. The story tells how people repeat their mistakes when they long for love of their life. How they loose themselves in love but its not right.
Love is beautiful but its not love when you loose yourself in it.

ABOUT STORY
The story is of a 40 something women Anshu who has insomnia. So she goes to an ashram in Kerala to get back her body equillibrium back through aayurveda. But here simple plan gets ruined when her ex-husband who she loved once. And the story took a turn mid way.

CHARACTERS
All the characters are realistic. You can find these characters in day to day life. The characters are very beautifully developed.

WRITING-STYLE
Twinkle Khannan's writing style is effortless, humorous, witty, and easy. Her english is effortless and impeccable. The book is easy to read and writer's storytelling is very good.

ENTERTAINING
Its a drama so it has a good amount of entertainment. The story is inspiring as well.

Also watching my favourite YouTubers.  So here are my favourite top 5 YOUTUBERS of all time whom I like to watch. 1) Best dressed Ashley aka best dressed on YouTube is one of the best fashion YouTubers. Why I love her?  The reason is she is very authentic. It's been about 5 years of her being on YouTube but somehow she hasn't changed her core values. She doesn't seem different. She is relatable but also very stylish. She doesn't overdo it.  YouTube   : https://m.youtube.com/channel/UCnQhwPVwcP-DnbUZtIMrupw Instagram  : https://instagram.com/best.dressed?igsh...

A day-out with friends at Indo-Tibetan market /exhibition - A Picture Story | Shefali's diary | #exploring |#explorewithshefali | #shefalisdiary

As we grow up, we realise it becomes less important to have a ton of friends and more important to have real ones. Hey guys, This is not an informative post. But its important to me. So I thought I share this with you guys. So, jan 6,2019, I met my friends from my previous office after almost year and a half. I was overflown with joy and happiness. Before meeting them,I was concious of how I will react when I'll see them, will I feel weird talking to them , since its been so long , and what if everybody had changed . The way I remembered them, they will not be the same person. I have changed a lot since last year, what if they thought that I have changed and they don't like me . These were some of my insecurities and questions. But all my insecurities flew away as soon as I saw them. We started talking and talking, laughing and laughing and we never stopped. I felt happy and it felt good with my people. I have forgotten how it feels to be with the people who...
