Anyone who doesn’t know me, my name is Shefali and I am the writer on this blog. I am here to share my views and my opinions because it’s my place to talk ( yours is the comment section down below this blog post 😅 )
So, for today’s blog post I am going to write my views on (you already know this because of the title but… ) BIOTIQUE Morning Nectar Visibly Flawless Skin Moisturizer. So, let us get started.
So, in January I came to know about the company BIOTIQUE and I was very excited after knowing about the claims made by the company. At that time , my interest was bending towards the ayurveding and all natural products. I was in search of products that were organic and cruelty free. So when I came to know about this company, I without any wait, ordered some products from nykaa (https://www.nykaa.com ) to try them out.
This was the first product I tried from Biotique . So, here is what I found out.
Let us talk about the company first. BIOTIQUE is one of India’s leading manufactures of skincare,hair-care ,body care and makeup products.The company claims to make 100% ayurvedic products and all those products are organically pure and preservative free.
What does the product claim?
1. Lighter, lineless and replenished skin
2. Ayurvedic recipe
3. Made up of 100% Botanical Extracts
What does this product contain?
1. Gehun Seeds (Wheat Seeds ) - 5.0%
2. Kumari leaf pulp ( Aloe Vera pulp ) – 4.5%
3. Madhu (Honey) – 4.0%
4. Badan Seed Oil (Almond oil) – 3.0%
5. Mungfali Seed Oil (Groundnut oil) – 3.0%
6. Kusumbhi Seed Oil (Ceylon Seed oil) – 0.5%
7. Purified Water – Q.S.
As per the ingredient, we can clearly say that the moisturiser is highly rich in vitamin E which is very good for our skin. All these ingredients helps in pertaining skin’s moisture and keeping it hydrated for longer period of time.
Volume :
Net volume of the product that I have or the bottle I have is 120 ml i.e. 4.06 fl. Oz.
Price:
This bottle which I am reviewing contains 120 ml which costs Rs. 199 which is quite affordable in my opinion.
Texture and fragrance:
This moisturizer has milky texture and a little thick consistency . Its white in colour and not runny at all. It is easy to blend in the skin.
Frankly speaking, I don’t like the fragrance of this product. Well, again that’s my taste. It smells strong . fragrance is like a lot of herbs are mixed together which results in strong and ajeeb kind of fragrance.

Why to use this product?
The best thing about this lotion is that it works as day as well as night lotion. You can use it early morning before applying your daily makeup and also at night, after washing your face.
The other best thing out this moisturizer is this that it is highly like highlyyy nourishing and moisturizing . Your skin stays hydrated all day long. It makes your skin look soft and nourished.
This product is dermatologically tested as per the bottle says.
It is completely free from preservatives.
100% ayurvedic and is organically pure.
It can be used as face as well as body moisturizer (so I did, and I am still doing the same).
If you have dry skin, you should definitely start using it. It really helps.
It is must have in winter season
Why not to use this product?
First and foremost, the thing I didn’t like about it is its bottle. It’s hard and
sometimes it’s difficult to get the product out from it.
After applying it, it leaves your skin oily with sticky feeling. If you have oily skin or combinational skin, I hardly recommend that you don’t use it. It may lead to
breakouts and also will make your skin look super oily.
I recommend not to use it in summer season as it doesn’t provide sun protection and also because of the above reason.

1. For oily skin: Not Recommended
2. For normal skin : Recommended only for winters
